I have content translation module enabled but I'm not able to change the language of a certain page in node/10/edit. I can see the language dropdown box but there is only one option, finnish in it (I have english and finnish installed). If I go to create a new page (with the same content type) there are three options in the language dropdown list: language neutral, english and finnish.

How can I edit the language setting related to this certain page?

I use Path prefix with language fallback as my language negotiation mode.

In the administration section go to your "content types".
Click "edit" for the content type "page".
Under the "workflow settings", you will find the translation settings.
You have to change these to either "enabled", or "enabled with translation", depending on what you want to achieve.

Actually it sounds like you are already able to post pages in all your languages. So my guess is you are logged in as a user without the proper permissions. Are you logged in as the same user who created the page? Perhaps this user lacks permission to translate content, so the pulldown box is not available.

I have set the workflow settings with the page content type. I'm logged in as an admin and the pulldown box is also available. There are just options missing from the pulldown box.
