Offering to maintain ImageMagick

This must be first posted in the project issue queue and left there for 14 days. In the while, I will contact sun and quicksketch, who can add maintainers/co-maintainers.

This is the message I sent to sun.

Hello Daniel,

I am contacting you because mondrake (https://www.drupal.org/u/mondrake), who is already co-maintainer, offered to maintain ImageMagick (https://www.drupal.org/project/imagemagick), a project for which you are maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/imagemagick/issues/3410878 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment in that issue posted in the next 14 days, mondrake will be probably made maintainer, and will have all the permissions on the project, including the one to set the default branch.
None of the current maintainers/co-maintainers will be removed from site moderators. Maintainers cannot remove the project owner.

I am contacting everybody who can add new maintainers/co-maintainers. In this case, those are two people.
