I am applying for co-maintainer/commit access for ImageMagick.

I am only going to maintain a 8.x-1.x branch. I have been posting patches of a working port of the module in #2323531: Imagemagick port to Drupal 8 since one year, which got some consensus to be the basis for a dev release.

I think the port is ready to move from a sandbox mode to a full patch/review/commit mode.

Hi,

I do not mind to get full ownership, but in fact I would only need 'Write to VCS', 'Edit project', 'Administer releases' permissions.

All steps according Dealing with unsupported (abandoned) projects done.
