Background: I have been trying to get assistance for over a week now regarding an issue I am having as a result of the AMA tool. Acquia will not help me because AMA is now open source. I created this account some time ago but have not submitted any issues before now. Being fairly new to Drupal, I don't have the experience to "contribute helpful content" as stated in the "How to get the confirmed user role" section (https://www.drupal.org/drupalorg/docs/user-accounts/become-a-confirmed-u...)
