I would like to become a confirmed user and am hoping this can be approved.
I'm the director of web development at Coupa.com, where we use Drupal. I am working to add Coupa, Inc. to Drupal.org, so that some of our team can be linked to the company & we can have our org credited with patches that we provide.
Thanks!
Matt

akshay.singh commentedHello, and a warm welcome to the Drupal community!
The 'confirmed' role is for users that contribute to this website. In this case, you've not contributed any content except this post, so there is no content to review.
Postponing for now, after you have posted some content on Drupal.org. You can add a comment to this issue to request a new review in order to get 'confirmed' or you will get that automatically.
Please visit the Become a confirmed user page for information.
Here is a list of resources that will assist you in making helpful contributions:

avpadernoI am closing this request, since there isn't any activity to review.
Please reopen this issue once you posted content related to Drupal, created an issue for a project hosted on drupal.org, provided a patch in an issue, or created a project on drupal.org, for example.

MattSimonsen commentedPlease can I re-open this?
It is odd that I never received an email, so I did not see the comments.
The purpose of me opening this is so that I can can add my employer (Coupa.com) as an organization. We have had a contractor we've hired who would like to be able to attribute / credit work to our company.
Thanks,
Matt

vishal.kadam@MattSimonsen I can see you have added “Coupa, Inc.” as an organisation in your profile.

avpaderno@MattSimonsen They can credit your company. That is not related in any way to your account, especially because you do not have contributed in any issue.
Credits are given in issues and having a confirmed account is not a requirement to get credits (which are then attributed to the company to which an account is associated).

avpadernoIf you are saying you need to create an organization node for the company for which you work, that is another matter. In that case, your account needs to be first confirmed.

avpadernoI am crediting the user who confirmed the account.
