[PLAN] Where to fetch image from?
Problem/Motivation Providing a "logo" image for projects is somewhat instrumental to the design for project browser. Many projects do not have images right now. Operating under an incorrect assumption that we shouldn't change Drupal.org, we figured we would make sure that projects that did have logos would set the logo as their first image in field_images on Drupal.org. There are, however some alternatives. Proposed resolution We need to decide between what currently look like three options: Continue with the original plan. Make the logo the first in field_images.

Create guidelines for logo size and recommendations for how to make a good logo
Problem/Motivation We are asking project maintainers to create logos for their projects. We should define the minimum and maximum sizes needed, and create recommendations for how to make a good logo.

Sascha’s were recently added. Do you remember who gave us the initial logo recommendations

? They were “Create a logo that is 512x512 square dimension in PNG format without animations. Suggested file size should be 10k or less. Use a lossy image tool (such as pngquant) to reduce file size while keeping the image quality at around 80%.”

If there are other ones out there, I'm more than happy to appear as a guest there! Feel free to make whatever intros you can, @Gábor Hojtsy (he/him).Asheville is my old stomping grounds (used to live about 90 minutes away) and have been in the past. I'll take a look at that one. NJ may be too close for me to get out again, but I'll take a look at @timplunkett (he/him) may be there and it would be amazing for us to collaborate.

7️⃣Recap of DrupalCon Portland code contributions and new issues will have to wait until next week when @chrisfromredfin is back. A lot of good progress was made in the General Contribution area. Thanks to all who participated. See yesterday’s meeting for discussion on issues around projects (Modules) and categories (edited) 

chrisfromredfin Want to point out to @bakulahluwalia (first off, welcome back!) that @saschaeggi did review the current Figma designs. I've been out of it, but my guess is the review is in the Figma. Might be worth a look if you're continuing work on that other issue. Otherwise it was great to have you meet w/ Ted re: updates.
bakulahluwalia Thanks @chrisfromredfin I will review the designs and see if it's ready to be translated to svelte. That backend part looks more complicated than svelte part so I would also touchbase with ted to work on that.
chrisfromredfin for sure it is, yeah. @Jillian Chueka mentioned that she's working on UPDATING the designs per @saschaeggi’s feedback; but you may be able to work from the comments/feedback - not sure.
bakulahluwalia I will wait then and will start on the backend one.
