Problem/Motivation

It appears this module has been abandoned and there is currently no maintainer. The original maintainer for this module (julien) does not have the contact form enabled so not able to contact him. I use this module in a few projects and would like to ensure proper support including a Drupal 9 version. I currently maintain another CKEditor plugin module CKEditor Div Manager.

It looks like you're at step 6 of Taking over unsupported (abandoned) projects:

If the owner doesn't reply after two weeks, move the issue to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue, by changing the issue's Project field to Drupal.org project ownership. Please include a link to the project page. The site moderators will normally try to contact the owner as an extra safeguard, unless it is evident the owner is no longer active in the Drupal community. If the owner still doesn't respond, the site moderators will make a final decision about the request, usually giving to the project owner two weeks for replying to the message they sent via the owner's Contact tab.

+1 for adding smulvih2 as a maintainer to add Drupal 9 support.

I contacted the project owner and sole maintainer, since the project isn't covered by security advisory policy.

Hello julien,

I am contacting you because Stephen (https://www.drupal.org/u/smulvih2) offered to maintain the "CKEditor Advanced Tab" module, a project you created and for which you are project owner and sole maintainer.
May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3249526 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Stephen will be probably made maintainer of the project (user with all the permissions).

Best regards,

I am changing status, as we are waiting for a reply.

I did grant you maintainers access for this module. I did put it as obsolete as ckeditor in core will not need extra contrib modules to run those things i guess.
