Problem/Motivation

Currently the formatter's real config schema does not match one declared in ./config/schema/*.yml files. This ticket targets to align both spots so Config inspector module does not report errors for the formatter.

Steps to reproduce

Just apply the module's formatter to any entity and examine the config inspector report.
