I want to put a google embedded map in my contact form's "Additional Information" section. However, in the resulting output the <iframe> tag is stripped. Does it not allow full html? How can I make it allow <iframe>?

I think you should set the "FULL HTML" as the default input format.

You can add a Block and set it to only display it on the contact page. Put it at the top of the content area (or Content Top if your theme has that region).

Then you can put anything in it you want.
Example: http://www.ramirezforcolorado.com/contact
