Value element and default data is not being when testing a webform node

Steps to reproduce

  • Import the attached webform
  • Create a webform node.
  • Set default data to value: custom value
  • Test the webform node
  • The debug message does not display value: custom value

Proposed resolution

Pass default data to submission form when testing a webform node and use this default data when testing a webform.
