Because Guardr is a collection of dependencies and default configuration, most of the work getting Guardr ready for D9 will be in other projects.

This issue should focus on compiling links to corresponding D9 issues in other projects.

Furthermore, any changes that are necessary for Guardr should go in a separate issue so this can remain a meta issue.

A simple task for anyone in the community to help on this is to look at the issue queues for the projects included in Guardr Core at https://git.drupalcode.org/project/guardr_core/blob/8.x-1.x/composer.json and relate their D9 issues to this Plan issue.
