Upload image from clipboard to Drupal Media browser via Ctrl+V [#2897163]

Will be good to have ability for upload image to Drupal Media library from clipboard. Many other CMS and sites already support this way of uploading, so user must only copy any image to clipboard and press Ctrl+V on upload field (without creating transitional file on local disk), and image is uploaded with random unique name - this is not too hard to implement in modern browsers.

Adding support for pasting image from clipboard in Drupal Media module will be welcome too.

Recent versions of media have resolved most of peoples concerns and is compatible with entity translation, multilingual and various advanced configurations.
