New 7.x release [#2880321]

Because of changed structure in theme level and new tpl file, in the release there has to be a hook_update_N() implementation that will flush theme-registry cache.

Also hook_update_N() is implemented, so we are ready for the new release.

Hi @Greg,
sorry for disappearing in the last few weeks, finally i've found some time to follow easy_breadcrumb up and prepare the 7.x release that we planned.
Here is the update hook implementation in the patch file.

Could you take a look on this with the pull requests on github? :)

I've reviewed all the PRs. Everything looks good to go. 3 of them need a reroll. I'll try to do it today. Then we can test and launch.

I've resolved the conflicts - maybe some tests would be appreciated but i think we are really good to go :)

thanks for your merges from the weekend, i've just seen them and noticed most of the issues are still on 'Needs review' here in d.org, so i'm changing them to RTBC following your work in github and i think we are getting really close to the new release, aren't we? :)
