We'd like to keep to a roughly bimonthly release schedule... putting 3.10 in week 10.

No promises though ... a security release could be earlier and if life prevents it it could be delayed.

Maybe take another look at #2821401: Clients can select unavailable platforms during site creation. I am not sure what went wrong exactly and I had trouble replicating, but it might have a big impact on the release.
