Schedule

We'd like to keep to a roughly bimonthly release schedule... putting 3.9 in week 52.

No promises though ... a security release could be earlier and if life prevents it it could be delayed.

Yesterday I released 3.9-beta1 to test #2698027: Minor release to update core? which seems to go OK.

Looks like we're all distracted by the holidays ...
Lets see if we can release next week.

One thing that needs attention is Travis, as the tests have started to fail there... I haven't been able to tie it to a specific commit.

The nice to have issues mentioned above need some attention to get in ...
