I'd like to start keep to a roughly bimonthly release schedule... putting 3.8 in week 42.

No promises though ... a security release could be earlier and if life prevents it it could be delayed.

quick update... a lot happened this week

  • @memtkmcc committed a bunch more nginx work
  • @jonpugh worked more on the travis/docker tests
  • a few of the jenkins tests were 'randomly' failing, some caused by regressions

I'm giving it a few more days to stabilize.
