Keep in mind I am brand new to all this...
I was able to install drush and it works locally, but I don't know the commands to get drush to connect with my remote host, which is on cpanel....

Command file-permissions needs a higher bootstrap level to run - you [error]
will need to invoke drush from a more functional Drupal environment
to run this command.
The drush command 'fp' could not be executed.
I know I just need a couple commands to get drush to see my remote db, but I'm too new to do this without help.
I appreciate any guidance. I am on a macbook pro and running drupal 8.
I'm sure I'm lacking some needed info here...please advise.
