Problem/Motivation

UMN study showed that users had trouble finding quickedit and many did not even realize it existed. If we want to make "edit" the toggle for all "outside-in" interactions it needs to be more discoverable.

Proposed resolution

Move the "edit" link all the way to the lefthand side (LTR) of the toolbar so it is the first item.

Oops, I'm sorry. I didn't see this one before filing #2761985: Refine/finalize design to discoverable Quick Edit feature. That one has screenshots and whatnot, so even though this one is older, let's go with that one instead.
