neelam.chaudhary commentedThe functionality provided by this module is same as the functionality provided by https://www.drupal.org/project/stringoverrides
Moreover this module sets the translations for strings in "locale_custom_strings_en" variable so this is good only for small set of strings required to be translated in default language.
This is not a good idea to strore large sets of data in single system variable.
