Ability to change help text on metatag fields

Would love the ability to change the help text on the metatag fields in the meta tags tab on a node.

I have a client who wants to edit the help text on the Page Title, Description, Abstract and Keywords on multiple websites. They'd like to add help text like "Maximum recommended 60 Characters" on the Page Title and "Maximum recommended 155 Characters" on Description, as per their best practice for SEO.

Found lots of threads about limiting the number of characters, but none to instruct site admins who fill out these fields.
