All tests are failing

This adds a test_dependencies line to the info file for 7.x-5.x.

This is for 7.x-6.x.

Figured I'd try adding OAuth too. This is for 6.x-5.x.

Ok, so this didn't work as planned - the tests are still failing. I committed the changes and released 7.x-6.1-unstable1 with the included changes, but the tests are still failing: https://qa.drupal.org/pifr/test/1138583

I've opened an issue in the testbot queue to see if anyone would have suggestions on how to fix the problem: #2561649: Twitter tests failing trying to enable the twitter module?

The 7.x-5.x and 7.x-6.x branch tests are now passing, so just have to fix the 6.x-5.x tests.

All tests pass except for a problem with the oath/oauth_common project confusion on D6: #2562799: Deprecate this module, rename branches so that Twitter module's tests can work again

This still needs work to make the D6 branch work properly.
