Deprecate this module, rename branches so that Twitter module's tests can work again

The oauth_common package's current repository is stopping the Twitter module's tests to fail on its 6.x-5.x branch because of the confusion between the oauth_common and oauth modules. Would it be possible to rename the oauth_common package's branches to something non-standard so that testbot stops trying to use it? See #2562795: Twitter module dependencies on D6 for an issue I've opened with the testbot queue about this problem.
