Offer to co-maintain the OAuth Common module (to shut it down)

I haven't had any response to #2562799: Deprecate this module, rename branches so that Twitter module's tests can work again so I'd appreciate it if I could be made a co-maintainer of the module so that I shut it down :) by renaming the branches so it stops causing problems for the Twitter module (and possibly others).
