Hi,

I have a slideshow at the top of my property website. Now I want to list the images of the property with a description underneath that is poisitioned in the center of the website. I have installed a real estate module as I think its suitable. Can someone tell me how I can do this because I am newbie newbie.

What are you using for the slideshow?

And what is the relation of the slideshow to the real estate module?

The slideshow is just to put promotions or featured property.

The image list below is the entire collections of property's.

How are you producing the image list?

The module seems to use views, which implies you can produce real estate listing using views in a variety of ways.

Use views slideshow for image slideshow.

1.create view for the same. add two fields in it with banner image and one thumbnail image for listing the same image and in thumbnail image there is an opt as exclude from display click it. Also add title field for text to display.

2. In format field--> choose slideshow and in it's setting--> bottom widgets--> page field --> click on the field for which you opted as exclude form display.

raje1021, thanks for the instructions but its not what I need. Basically I have installed a real estate module so I want to start adding images of properties with a description. This is what I don't understand, how to you use the modules to add a list of images as shown on the real estate module? I am already happy with the slideshow.

btw I am using a Bartik theme

anytime you want to create a list in Drupal you utilize the views.module.

One more questions, I have installed a real estate module but I cannot see it in the view.module? Where is this?

I don't know what you mean by 'it'. It is not clear what you are looking for.

Views pulls content from the data base and lists it. That said, you will need to set up a new view and add to the view the fields you want to list. I highly suggest reviewing some views module documentation.
