Offer to become the new owner of the Drupal Answers module

This project has maintenance status = unsupported and development status = obsolete.

I'm interested in taking over the ownership of this module, so that I can use this namespace in the context of distribution ArrayShift. Obviously, the first thing that needs to happen for "this" project is to clean up its issue queue. However I don't think there have been any releases, so "maintain history" seems not relevant in this case.

I have not contacted the current owner, since the project page already states "If someone would like to take it over please put in a request in the issue queue." (and I don't want to run into similar issues again like I recently did when asking for project ownership for other modules).

Please let me know if my request is acceptable. If so, what are the remaining steps to get it completed, if any?
