Hi Ajit,

Thank you for your +1 and the feedback. Our current development team is 6 people strong at the moment.
Our creatives, project managers and sales persons don't have d.o accounts as they reckon they won't use it much.

Would you suggest getting them one anyway ?

While it is not required for everyone in a company to be listed on the company profile, it is recommended that a person who works on Drupal should have an use d.o account. It is not always code that is counted as contributions :-) Non technical members could contribute too.
This is not a blocker anyways. You have good contribution records, and should be no problem to be added to the marketplace.
