Are there any tutotrials on how to use the software? I am trying to set up a website, but am on the Technical shortbus when it comes to knowledge.

There are thousands of tutorials. Both here on the Drupal.org site and on the Internet. Just do a search for them. You'll quickly find more than you bargained for. Also, for a definitive guide, I highly recommend..

Drupal does take some time to learn.
If you are going to be the primary administrator it will be time well spent.
