Set expiration or RATE_CLOSED with Rules

Is there a way to expire a rating with a Rules action?

I know Voting API has integration with Voting Rules, but this would be a Rate specific setting.

In an ideation tool, I would like to expire rating of an Idea when it's launched, closed or merged. Basically, just an action to set the expire date to "now".
