link Ttles to same page

Hi,

I've got this task: I created custom node type. I'm using views (dislpay fields) to display its titles in block. The view provides page as well.
And I need to create link to the page (provided by the view) with listed the clicked node. Like comments links in the forum.
The title should link to somethin like "page#customNodeId"

Have you got any idea how to do it?
