Upgrading both Drupal from 7.22 to 7.26 and PHP from 5.3 to 5.5 (on Ubuntu Server), Drupal login doesn't work (and no log errors was track). But, if I move Drupal on my local computer, with PHP 5.3, it works!
May it be the version of PHP with Drupal 7.26 or some extension? Is Drupal 7.24 compatible width PHP 5.5?!
Please, HELP!

Sure Drupal 7.26 works with php 5.5 (although the installer tends not to work).
First check in different browsers.
I assume you are not using a reverse proxy such as Varnish, because incorrect configuration of Varnish (where you have it) is the first suspect for failed logins.
Check the Apache error log, as well as Drupal Recent Log Messages (which you can read with Drush).
For login problems check cookie handling. You can see cookies in Firebug or similar tools. Drupal should set a SESS cookie when you attempt to login.
