don't put the module key into the dependency list when installing a view.

we should only remove a view if it's dependencies are not met, and this key is not really a dependency. see #1776830: [META-1] Installation and uninstallation of configuration provided by a module that belongs to another module's API for more info.

Thank you for creating this issue to improve Drupal.

We are working to decide if this task is still relevant to a currently supported version of Drupal. There hasn't been any discussion here for over 8 years which suggests that this has either been implemented or is no longer relevant. Your thoughts on this will allow a decision to be made.

Since we need more information to move forward with this issue, the status is now Postponed (maintainer needs more info). If we don't receive additional information to help with the issue, it may be closed after three months.

Since there hasn't been a follow up going to close out. Also not sure I would agree that we shouldn't track the module in the view. Thinking of a module like better exposed filters. If the view doesn't have the dependency then bef could be uninstalled and break a view.
