I have a new installation of D 7.26 and Media 7.x - 1.4
when I go into File entity =>configuration I get 4 different "Notice: Undefined index:" (See below)

How do these errors affect my site?
How can I fix these problems?

Notice: Undefined index: settings i file_entity_field_formatter_settings_form() (linje 26 af /home/www/garagepuls.dk/sites/all/modules/media/file_entity/file_entity.field.inc).

Notice: Undefined index: type i file_entity_field_formatter_settings_form() (linje 29 af /home/www/garagepuls.dk/sites/all/modules/media/file_entity/file_entity.field.inc).

Notice: Undefined index: settings i media_field_formatter_settings_form() (linje 106 af /home/www/garagepuls.dk/sites/all/modules/media/includes/media.fields.inc).

Notice: Undefined index: type i media_field_formatter_settings_form() (linje 110 af /home/www/garagepuls.dk/sites/all/modules/media/includes/media.fields.inc).

I have this same problem, with the same notices. I get it by doing Configuration / Media / File types / Manage file display, on any file type. Drupal 7.26 and Media 7.x-1.4. Enabling any additional displays doubles the number of error messages (to 8, but never more than 8).

Fixed! The patch in #1 at https://drupal.org/node/2171115 solved this problem for me.
