I have a full scale drupal site all finished and done. I need to form a relationship with a skilled drupal pro who can coach me when I have drupal questions, offer me site suggestions, make improvements etc. I am very much looking for a part time, contract person who can and will use the phone/skype to talk. I do not want someone who hides behind email to avoid personal contact. I have no problem hiring foreign professionals as long as you have excellent English skills.

In addition to doing Drupal work, if you happen to be interested in doing part time site administration and Word Press work, then please let me know.

I only want to work someone who has excellent business skills who will be accessible and honest to deal with. Often, I have found dealing with some Europeans and foreign staff is a lack fo business skills and understanding.

The person who set this up did a fantastic overall job, but she is not terribly accessible or interested in ongoing support.

I will be very impressed by verifiable and quality references that I can check out. I'll weight all factors - skills, ability, portfolio, cost, communications, reachability, reliability. Having a sense of humor is good too!
