authcache 7.x-2.0-alpha5

This is the fifth and last alpha release for the authcache module. Since 7.x-2.0-alpha4 the following changes were introduced:

Notable new features:

• Support for Panels (if they are loaded by Ctools Page Manager)
• Support for the Flag module
• Fix an incompatibility with the Global Redirect module. Special thanks to vinmassaro who helped me a lot getting this resolved!
