Creating a browser based-game with Drupal

Hi guys,

I'm trying to create a browser based online game, to be precise, I'd like it to have a similar layout and functions like http://www.lordswm.com with the drop down menus and the system it has for players to join (different types of) games. Another function I'll need is the ability to keep track of the users' statistics win/losses, points/resources. Is Drupal capable of doing so? - Has anyone done it or created any types of browser based game with Drupal before? If so, can I have the link to the site for references?

Currently I have my friend creating the games for me, I'm not sure what platform he'll be using (Java / Silverlight), would that make a difference?

I am fairly new to Drupal and am still in the learning process,so please bear with me >_<
Any comments/advises or insights about potential problem I might face or any alternative solutions are will be very much appreciated!
