Main menu with sub-menu on drop down with two custom blocks?

Hey Guys,

Kind of stuck on how to get started on this.

I need my main navigation menu to drop down (on hover), it needs to show all sub pages (to the current parent) on the far left (maybe even third child pages), then in the middle show a custom block associated with the parent, then on the far right another custom block associated with the parent as well.

I have created my theme (CSS, HTML, JS) and now am working on converting it to work with Drupal.

I am not sure how to lay out the pages and the content I need in the menu to render it back to the theme.

Any help would be good help.
