Hi there.
Im working on a new blogers site using 5.0.
I like to allow any bloger to choose a theme from the list and set it as his/hers blog design. Thats meens any user that watching that blogr's blog pages (enteries, profile, contact) would see it in the choosen theme.
I like to remind that themeing is not onley based on content's author because it theme bloger can still write comments on other blogers entries etc'.

There is no module available that does this to my knowledge.

I haven't heard of anything like this for D5, but there was a blogtheme module for 4.6 and several people have tried updating it for 4.7 (here and here).
