Hi to all, and sorry if i have posted in the wrong place never usef this site or posted here before
Had this error when installing drupal 7 with web matrix SQL server express under IIS

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'semaphore'.: SELECT expire, value FROM {semaphore} WHERE name = :name; Array ( [:name] => variable_init ) in lock_may_be_available() (line 165 of C:\Documents and Settings\remote\My Documents\My Web Sites\Drupal 7 Developer release\includes\lock.inc)...

putting this in the address bar with the installation got this up and running for me
http://localhost:56058/install.php
