I created a cascading problem on my site this afternoon that seemed to start with my resetting the group home page from an og_panel page to the default of og_ghp_ron, and then ultimately change the default group home to a new view that I created. When I went back to a group home page to look at it, I got an error reading "In order to view the homepage, you need to enable node_view template, click here to enable." When I click that link I get an "Access Denied" error. When I try to navigate to Pages and to enable the node_view template, I get the message "Page manager module is unable to enable node/%node because some other module already has overridden with ." I'm not even sure than enabling that would be a good idea - it wasn't enabled before when it worked, so I shouldn't change this, right?

I thought this was my only problem, which is pretty bad, but now I've realized that none of my node views are working - neither the default ones nor the custom ones. The page is simply blank when I go to the node views. Other views are working fine. This is true when I am logged in as the administrator as well as for anonymous users.

I apologize if this is in the wrong place, but after searching the drupal.org site for quite some time and poking around the module on my site, it seemed like this might be related to how the og_panels and Chaos Page Manager work together.

Things I have tried:

Going to post settings and rebuilding permissions
Clearing all caches and rebuilding permissions with Drupal tweaks
If it is helpful to look at it, my test site is here: http://205.186.167.132/

I'd really appreciate any help that you can offer!
