I'm testing MediaElement on a number of browsers, and it seems to be utterly invisible on iOS 4's mobile safari. I might be doing something wrong, but the test page is up at http://podcast.cookingwithdrupal.org/node/2 and I'll be investigating further over the next couple of days.

Thanks for the testing. JohnAlbin and arthurf were able to verify the bug. I'll fix it in the morning after some coffee.

Oh, and it looks like part of the problem extends to Android devices. Investigating.....

The Android issue is separate from this. Using the xcode iPhone simulator I verified the problem in the module and that the mediaelement script does not have it. Coffee, then more digging....
