Had the same problem when upgrading facebookshare.
Patched attached.

TODO: after applying this, you can enter date tools, but clicking on the tab "change" gives you an access forbidden screen. The url is also very strange: sites/all/modules/date/date_tools.

Second patch adds the fix for the broken link.
I deleted the path cause we are alrdy in the correct folder.

I think my fixes are ok.

This is all fixed. I had to clear the caches before things started working right again.
