Migrate 2 is stable enough now that I don't think we need to be proactive about filling in tests. What's needed going forward is just (hah!) the discipline to add tests for new features and reported bugs as they're resolved.

mikeryanFinally begun on this - I've committed the skeleton for full simpletesting, and my immediate priority (besides any open bugs) will be to flesh it out.
