Problem/Motivation

This project implements a hook help, so the link for the help section appears on this page: /admin/help

but when the users access the help of Upgrade Status there is no help available

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable the project
  2. Go to /admin/help
  3. Click in the help of Upgrade Status

Proposed resolution

Since the hook_help was implemented we can update this with relevant information for the end-users.
Or if isn't necessary we can delete the hook_help to don't appear in the help section
