hi drupal forum i am new here and a have a newbie question.

in my picture below you can see a region which is red: this are the primary links in this theme ( forrest floor ).
and primary links are going there if they are get activated.

but in this theme there is below the header a region ( its the yellow one) its called

but links not going there.

what i have to do

i embedd in my posting a link to a picture but sorry its not workink.

maybe its my first thema and i have to make some more before pictures are allowed.
i try it one more time

it may be two causes -
first is wrong place of variable $primary_links in page.tpl.php,
second - invalid markup
