Notice: Undefined index: name in system_requirements() (line 34 of /opt/lampp/htdocs/modules/system/system.install).
Notice: Undefined index: version in system_requirements() (line 36 of /opt/lampp/htdocs/modules/system/system.install).

After updating Drupal 7 I get the above notices in the status report page. How do I fix this so the next time I update this won't happen again? In other words not a patch. Is there something in the db I can change so it thinks it's a normal distribution from now on?
