Hi,
I have been working on a site with the dafault English installation. My client would prefer to administer it in Swedish though so I activated the core Locale module and downloaded the Swedish laguage file. When I change language to Swedish it seems as if the character encoding isn't right. The letters å, ä and ö show up as Ã¥, ä, and ö (only in the administer area). What can be causing this?

Also I noticed that some of my url aliases seem to be ignored after I changed admin language.

I'd be grateful for any help.

...but the main issue remains. The reason some of my URL aliases didn't work was because those pages were added after installing Swedish language, but I hadn't made the content type multilingual.

Still no luck finding out why utf-8 isn't used in administer areas...
