Hi,

I am trying to debug my customer module using Codelobster.

If I try to debug the Drupal index.php located on C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal, there is no problem. But if I try to debug any subfolder of that, for example C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\sites\all\modules\mymodule\mymodule.module, when Firefox opens I receive the error message:

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 403

05/09/10 03:01:11
Apache/2.2.11 (Win32) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i PHP/5.2.9

I tryed to go to the httpd.conf file and change all folders to "Allow from all", but didn't work.

Thanks for your help

Take a look at Drupal's .htaccess file.

The "Protect files and directories from prying eyes." part.

Sorry for my ignorance, but I don't know how to change.

Do I need to give permission to codelobster ?

Or I need to give read/write permission to any drupal subfolder?

If you could give me an example would be great.

Thanks

You can see that that section of .htaccess forbids you to browse module files, among other things.
Just disable all the lines of that section putting a # in front.

mateusbello’s picture

It's working now.

Thanks very much cog.rusty.
