I don't know if I've found the right forum - apologies if I'm at the wrong destination.
I've been designing websites for years and I'm familiar with several languages.
I have a website to promote a band and have several audio samples on it.
I discovered that various tablets/Ipads/Iphones couldn't access the sounds.
So...........
I found OSMplayer and copied all the files and instructions.
My programming skills are somewhat forgotten as I've used webpage creators
which make their own HTML for me for several years.
However, I've managed to create an HTML page and include the player.
Sadly, I can't make it autostart or autoplay and despite copying the
files as directed which I think I need there are no controls for the viewer
nor can I have a play icon on the screen.
All I see initially is a black rectangle.
It will play if I right click and select play.
However, IPads don't have a right click - so I'm stuck - sorry.

The back button doesn't work on the published page but I've sorted that.

I have given many hours of support in forums where I
understand the problems.
Perhaps someone here will helpfully point me in the right

If you wanted to know how to film/edit/produce a video or DTV or make and mix
a 24 track recording or filter audio frequencies or need help with composing/arranging
or help with learning a spoken foreign language then I would help you as I have with
many others and can be seen all over the NET.
Please don't respond. Someone else will probably know a suitable place where I can find
the help and information I need.
That's really what forums are for as I'm sure you know already.
Strange - I never have this problem with people who don't have English as their first language.

Obrigado pela sua resposta . Este chamado antes de começarmos. Eu não tive a chance de levar o assunto . Eu não era rude. Procurei ajuda e não recebê-lo nem me foi dirigida em outro lugar como eu pedi . Eu sempre ajudo as pessoas quando é possível, mesmo se eles estão no fórum errado . Esta foi uma introdução muito angustiante para o que parece ser um site útil inteligente. Se você pesquisar na internet você vai encontrar dezenas de referências em arquivos OSMplayer a este site.
Quando os alunos das minhas adultos e crianças se tornou bem qualificado eu ocasionalmente encontrados alguns - como eu descobri por aqui - que estavam relutantes em compartilhar suas experiências embora eles receberam total apoio por mim.
É uma questão simples e um usuário útil inteligente pode me a um fórum apropriado dirigir . Como o dono da loja que não vende um item, mas educadamente redireciona o cliente para onde o item pode ser encontrado.
Eu encontrei dois membros do fórum aqui e eu não sou definitivamente impressionado.
Os fóruns são para ajudar e não para discutir persuadir .
Se você não pode ajudar, como eu disse antes , por favor deixe -lo para alguém que possa.

Es ist eine einfache Frage und eine intelligente hilfreich Benutzer kann mich an eine geeignete Forum leiten. Wie der Ladenbesitzer, der nicht verkaufen lässt ein Element , aber höflich leitet den Kunden an , wo das Element gefunden werden könnte .
Ich habe zwei Mitglieder des Forums hier begegnete ich bin definitiv nicht beeindruckt.
Foren sind zu helfen und zu diskutieren nicht schmeicheln .

Perhaps it's a language issue, but the tone of the entire comment above is rude and somewhat hostile and I find it difficult to believe it was unintentional. In any case, as a long time site maintainer and user of this forum I know nevets to be one of the most open and helpful members we have so your hostility was completely unwarranted and misplaced.
And I have no idea what osm player is, what it is you need help with, or where you could find appropriate support-- or I probably would have said so. Moreover, given your attitude I'm hardly motivated to google it for you.
The fact remains, that you've posted to the wrong forum and, given your attitude, you're not likely to get a useful response here. Personally, I am done with this thread but wish you luck in your quest.
