Hello,
I have created RSS feeds for my site (title + preview) now
But I want to create a second RSS feed containing all text for application iphone
how can I do?

You can use the Views module to do this. Just create a new feed display, and customize it to display a Body instead of Excerpt. I recommend that you go through the Views 2 module documentation if you're new to it. It's a very useful module to have - I use it on all my Drupal sites.
