DDEV is the official local development tool of Drupal. And like Drupal, DDEV depends on the support of the open source community.

Pardon me folks, but I'm new to CMS. Though I'm not a programmer or developer I have volunteered to build a website for my community which would have forums, discussions, classifieds, personals, chat and other such features. Drupal and Typo3 are what some of the CMS Select websites gave me.
Inorder to keep the community website free I would need to insert ads all over the place.
Questions if the gurus here could find the time to let me know about what they think:
1) I did not find a working addon/module for "personals" in Drupal. Is there such a addon or a module that I did not see? Please let me know.
2) Thought I read there is an ad insertion tool, could these ads (google adsense, yahoo, adbrite, banners etc.) be inserted in the plugin/module features in an easy way by a non-programmer? For example in the forums or the classifieds module would it be easy to insert a google/other ad inside the actual classifieds ad or the actual forum message or inbetween two ads or inbetween two messages?
Would ad insertion be possible and flexible in the forum or classifieds at any place that I want to?
The ad insertion is one of the key features for me besides the modules mentioned above. Ad clicking would help keep the website free and the community would not have to pay for it.

****Do you mean USER PROFILE? If you are new to CMS, you should be glad to use Drupal knowing that Drupal is the ONLY CMS to have extensive user profiles.
Community Management System is better describe Drupal than just `COntent MS'.
To configure user profile, what infos you want users to be able/required to enter, go to
admin/settings/profile

If this is what you mean by `Personal' then it is good enough.
Another interesting module which is useful for community driven site is the CV_Builder, and of course, Blogs for each user, and Image gallery.
